機房鉛酸蓄電池使用安全實踐

      近些年(nian)來,隨著數據中心行業的蓬(peng)勃發(fa)展,數據中心的安(an)全(quan)問題也越來越受人重視,蓄電(dian)(dian)池也慢(man)慢(man)的成為了(le)大(da)家關注(zhu)的一個焦點。解決電(dian)(dian)池使用中的問題,需要從系(xi)統的角(jiao)度去看它,才會對電(dian)(dian)池的使用、對供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的安(an)全(quan)保障有更大(da)的幫助。

  圖1是一(yi)(yi)個機(ji)房的(de)系統模型。發生停電(dian)(dian)故障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)起到應急供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)作用(yong)。數(shu)(shu)據(ju)機(ji)房中(zhong)可(ke)(ke)能90%以(yi)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)都(dou)很少在生命周期內碰到一(yi)(yi)次故障(zhang)停電(dian)(dian),但是電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)必須(xu)時(shi)(shi)刻處于正常狀況,否(fou)則停電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)無法(fa)放電(dian)(dian),后(hou)果(guo)將會(hui)非常嚴重。所以(yi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保(bao)持(chi)在一(yi)(yi)個健(jian)康可(ke)(ke)用(yong)的(de)狀態(tai),才(cai)能保(bao)證(zheng)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)心的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)安(an)全。

  調(diao)查顯示65%的(de)受訪者(zhe)認為UPS電池故障(zhang)(zhang)是導致(zhi)數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)宕機的(de)首要(yao)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin);2016年設備故障(zhang)(zhang)導致(zhi)數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)宕機的(de)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin)中(zhong),UPS系(xi)統故障(zhang)(zhang)占比最(zui)大,占到了25%;而在UPS故障(zhang)(zhang)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin)中(zhong),鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電池是導致(zhi)故障(zhang)(zhang)主要(yao)原(yuan)(yuan)因(yin),概(gai)率高達(da)50%。

  蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)故障(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin)其實可以分為(wei)三種:第一是質(zhi)量問題,比如(ru)漏(lou)液及微(wei)(wei)短路(lu)(lu)。一般來(lai)說,UPS的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地(di)系(xi)統應(ying)符合IEC60346標(biao)準(zhun)關于低(di)壓(ya)接(jie)(jie)地(di)系(xi)統的(de)(de)規定。這(zhe)就意味(wei)著對于大(da)部分UPS來(lai)說,電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)的(de)(de)中心線和電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)架都是接(jie)(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)。所以當電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)中有電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)漏(lou)液,并(bing)且漏(lou)出(chu)的(de)(de)電(dian)解液流(liu)到電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)架時,電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)間就會形(xing)成短路(lu)(lu)從而引發事(shi)故。而如(ru)果電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)中如(ru)果出(chu)現(xian)(xian)微(wei)(wei)短路(lu)(lu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),當電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)時,微(wei)(wei)短路(lu)(lu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)會迅速下(xia)降(jiang),從而導致備電(dian)時間不足。

  第二(er)個問題使用維(wei)護(hu)的問題,表1為國際(ji)電池(chi)測試維(wei)護(hu)標準(zhun)。

  雖然維護規(gui)范里的(de)項目(mu)不(bu)多,但是(shi)由于數據機房里的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)數量龐大,少的(de)也(ye)有(you)上(shang)(shang)百(bai)節,多的(de)甚(shen)至可以達(da)到上(shang)(shang)千節。所以這些項目(mu)光(guang)靠人去執行,總是(shi)不(bu)可能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)100%可靠的(de)。另(ling)外還有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),不(bu)同(tong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)廠(chang)家對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓要求可能(neng)不(bu)盡相同(tong),如果(guo)按照統(tong)一的(de)標準進行設置,就會導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)欠(qian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或者過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),長時間的(de)欠(qian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)都會導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)壽命(ming)提前終(zhong)止。

  最(zui)后一個問(wen)題(ti)是電池的老(lao)化問(wen)題(ti),表2為蓄電池的充放電原理。

  從(cong)表2可以看出,在電(dian)池(chi)的整個生命周期(qi)都(dou)存在著副(fu)(fu)反應,這些(xie)副(fu)(fu)反應是導致電(dian)池(chi)老化的根本(ben)原(yuan)因。

  綜(zong)上所述,僅(jin)依(yi)靠(kao)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)維護手段,很(hen)難保持電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)可用(yong)性。有(you)沒(mei)有(you)更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)維護手段?其實(shi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系(xi)統(BMS)是一(yi)個很(hen)好的(de)(de)(de)解決方案(an)。但(dan)要想通過(guo)BMS提高(gao)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)可用(yong)性,不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)要第一(yi)時(shi)間(jian)了解蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)性能(neng)數據(ju),還要求能(neng)夠對蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)運行狀態進行實(shi)時(shi)監控(kong),及時(shi)發(fa)現故障(zhang)隱患(huan)并發(fa)出告警,指引維護人員(yuan)正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)應對處(chu)理,避(bi)免(mian)不(bu)(bu)必要的(de)(de)(de)事(shi)故發(fa)生;同時(shi)能(neng)夠準確的(de)(de)(de)對蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)健康狀況(SOH=剩余(yu)容量/額定容量)進行評估,獲得蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)更(geng)換和梯次利用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)效依(yi)據(ju)。既(ji)降低使用(yong)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統風險,又(you)避(bi)免(mian)不(bu)(bu)必要的(de)(de)(de)資源浪費。

  通過BMS提高電池(chi)的可用性,其關(guan)鍵在于(yu):

  (1)對(dui)每節蓄電池關鍵(jian)特征(zheng)信息的準確采集

  ①漏液情況監測(ce):嚴密監測(ce)電池(chi)母線(xian)與地(di)之間的絕緣阻抗變(bian)化,對(dui)電池(chi)漏液進行判斷,并生成告(gao)警提示用戶解(jie)決,避免火(huo)災的發生;

  ②連接(jie)條狀態監(jian)測(ce):嚴密(mi)監(jian)測(ce)電(dian)池(chi)接(jie)線端子處的溫度和(he)接(jie)觸內阻的變化,對(dui)兩方面(mian)數據進(jin)行綜合分析,對(dui)連接(jie)條松動狀況進(jin)行判(pan)斷,并生(sheng)成告(gao)警(jing)提示用戶解決,預防火災的發生(sheng);

  ③微(wei)短(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)監測(ce):嚴密監測(ce)電(dian)池的(de)開路(lu)電(dian)壓,判斷(duan)電(dian)池是否出現了微(wei)短(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),并生成告警提示用戶解決,避免電(dian)池出現備(bei)電(dian)不足。

  (2)對電池信息數據的準確分析(xi)與判斷

  ①SOC、SOH的精(jing)確測(ce)算:通過對(dui)采集數據的分析(xi)和歸(gui)納(na),采用了神經網絡算法,從而得到更(geng)加準確的SOC、SOH,有效(xiao)地指導電池的運維工作;

  ②電(dian)源充電(dian)管理(li)參(can)(can)數自診(zhen)斷(duan):通過(guo)蓄(xu)電(dian)池組(zu)電(dian)壓和環境溫度的自診(zhen)斷(duan),分析電(dian)源的均充、浮充和溫補參(can)(can)數設置(zhi)是(shi)否正確,如果(guo)錯誤,產生告警提醒運維(wei)人員;

  ③電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的容量(liang)管理:通過放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與設置負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的比較,可以判斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)是否正常,如果錯誤,產生告警(jing)提醒(xing)運維(wei)人員。

  (3)直觀呈現數據結果并(bing)提供針對(dui)性的維護動作指引

  ①智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)充(chong)電(dian)控制:通過(guo)對電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)的(de)(de)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)控制,在滿容量情(qing)況下,能(neng)夠斷開(kai)充(chong)電(dian)回路,從而避免(mian)電(dian)池(chi)過(guo)充(chong)電(dian),以減少電(dian)池(chi)板柵腐蝕和(he)失水(shui)等(deng)副反應,進一步延緩電(dian)池(chi)自身的(de)(de)老化(hua)(hua),從本質上使電(dian)池(chi)處于最優(you)的(de)(de)健(jian)康(kang)狀(zhuang)態,使其在整個生命周(zhou)期中充(chong)分發揮原有的(de)(de)性能(neng),從而保證系統的(de)(de)安全運行;

  ②高溫(wen)保護(hu):在高溫(wen)情(qing)況下,系統能(neng)夠(gou)斷(duan)開充電(dian)回路,一方面大幅降低電(dian)池(chi)在高溫(wen)下的老化速(su)率,提高電(dian)池(chi)耐高溫(wen)性能(neng),另一方面防止電(dian)池(chi)出現熱失控;

  ③放電(dian)(dian)的無(wu)縫(feng)保障:智能(neng)化充電(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)和高溫保護(hu)措施(shi)所涉及的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)回(hui)路控制(zhi),僅限于充電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路,而對(dui)于放電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路來說,則需(xu)要(yao)始終保持導通,從而保障電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的無(wu)縫(feng)放電(dian)(dian),能(neng)夠以(yi)0ms的間隔(ge)切換到放電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態;
